To complete your immersion in our chef routine, you can visit the organic herbs garden located in the back of the hideaway.
Our kitchen is your kitchen. Join Chef Marc Silvestre for one of his interactive cooking demonstrations, or simply drop by with that glistening snapper you’ve caught. From filleting to frying to garnishing with imagination, Marc is passionate about helping others—including children—to develop artistry in the kitchen.
